The app worked great at first. Now, I can't even log in. I get a message saying that they're sending a temporary password but I never receive it. I don't understand why I need a temporary password when I know my original password. And you can forget about trying to contact Samsung for tech support. They don't even have a support number anymore. You have to email them and hope you get a response.

App is slow to respond, sometimes having to press an icon two or three times just to open the setting or function. Also, as of recently, the app no longer remembers my login information after ticking the box to remember my login information.

I'm trying to create a new account, and it keeps giving me an error on the password. I have tried several, and they meet their criteria. I don't know why they couldn't have left the old DVM moble app alone. Now, I can't even decode my error codes.
