WHY ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE IS REQUIRED
Android requires Accessibility Service for applications that perform user-requested gestures. Droid2Web uses it to translate your browser actions into taps, swipes, scrolling, typing, and Android navigation.
You enable the service manually and can disable it at any time. A persistent notification is shown while a Droid2Web session is active.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE ACTIONS
When you request them, Droid2Web can:
• Perform tap, swipe, scroll, and pinch gestures
• Press Back, Home, and Recent Apps
• Open the notification shade
• Type text sent from your computer keyboard
• Read clipboard content when you request clipboard sync
• Take screenshots when you enable screen mirroring
Droid2Web does not use Accessibility Service to:
• Read or capture passwords
• Change system settings without your action
• Prevent you from disabling or uninstalling the app
PRIVACY
The Accessibility Service performs only the actions you request. Account, security, usage, and optional diagnostic data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not store your screen, audio, clipboard, or transferred file contents. When a relay is required, session traffic is encrypted in transit.
