About this app

Turn a receipt photo into a record you can check. Dotori Receipt Scanner reads Korean and English receipts on your device, then lets you review and correct the details before confirming them.

Capture or choose a photo:

- Scan one receipt or select one image from your photos.
- Review suggested merchant, date, amount and currency against the receipt image.
- Correct unclear details yourself, or keep an unfinished record as a draft.
- Keep optional details such as tax, payment method and a memo.

Keep currencies separate:

Choose the currency for each record. This month's totals show spending, refunds and net amounts separately by currency, without converting exchange rates. Drafts and unclassified transactions stay out of totals.

Share confirmed records:

Export confirmed records as CSV when you choose to share them. CSV contains summary fields, not individual purchased items. CSV export is not a backup or a restore feature.

Control image storage:

Receipt images are kept in the app by default. You can turn off image retention for future receipts. Turning it off does not remove images already kept. Deleting a receipt removes its stored image too. Images can still contain the information printed on the receipt; they are not automatically anonymized. Structured card details are limited to the last four digits.

Recognition runs on your device. The app has no account or developer-operated receipt server, and does not upload receipt images or recognized text for processing. Receipt storage is excluded from cloud backup. There is no cloud sync or restore.

Scanner setup may need a download through Google Play services, and a cloud photo provider may need a connection. ML Kit diagnostics, Google Mobile Ads banner advertising and privacy-choice services have separate data practices. See the Privacy Policy for details. The app uses Google's consent flow for applicable advertising privacy choices.

Recognition can make mistakes. Check the receipt and confirm the amount, date and currency yourself. The app does not provide item-by-item extraction, accounting or tax calculations, or exchange-rate conversion.
