Dronetrake Sync is the companion app of Dronetrake (dronetrake.com), the operations platform for professional drone teams. It does two things and asks for one gesture: it puts the drone's live feed into your organization's ops room, and it brings DJI flight records into your logbook without you having to remember.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap "Sign in with Dronetrake" and sign in — or paste your organization token, if the remote controller has no account.
2. Choose the channel to stream on.
3. Tap "Start streaming". That is all.
The rest runs in the background: the app finds the folder where DJI flight apps keep their records and uploads them when the network is there.
On Android 11 and newer, the records of some DJI apps live in a protected folder (Android/data). In that case, select the records in your file manager and use Share → Dronetrake Sync: they are uploaded straight away.
WHAT IT DOES
• Live commanded from the app: pick a channel and the drone's feed enters your organization's ops room. Requires a DJI remote controller with Pilot 2 connected.
• Full flight import: take-off and landing, track, altitude, speed, battery data — decoded at 10 Hz where available.
• Aircraft matched by serial number; optionally register drones that are not in your fleet yet.
• Automatic sync: a periodic worker retries pending uploads when the network returns.
• Multi-organization: choose which workspace receives the flights; each flight is attributed to the right pilot.
• Credentials stored encrypted on the device; nothing is shared with third parties.
WHO IT IS FOR
Drone service companies, flight schools, public-safety and civil-protection teams that keep their operations, evidence and logbook on Dronetrake. The app requires a Dronetrake organization — create one at dronetrake.com.
Works on phones and on DJI enterprise remote controllers (Android 7+).
