I was referred to this app by a friend and I am very happy with it! This program is perfect for independent stylists. I wanted a program that would allow me to print reports for records and tax purposes. The monthly cost is worth it and is not over priced. I use it to record my sales and keep track of my appointements. I do not use half of the features which makes it useful for many different businesses with a clientele. You can personalize your services and prices and many more features. Customer service is extremely helpful and informative with many tips to navigate the program for individual needs.

The app is pretty glitchy! And still wont give me online appointment request notifications. I have made sure this feature is turned on in settings, my salon admin has double and tripple checked that I have permissions and i have contacted support multiple times. And they just say they aren't sure what the issue is. Also the app keeps kicking me out and i have to re-log in every time im using it. It is very frustrating to use now. It was fine over the past two years until 2-3 mo ago.

It constantly crashes on my Samsung. Poor product development if you ask me. Text feature has error messages frequently and delayed texts and they get mixed up with other clients from time to time which makes the business look unorganized. It shows as just a phone # versus a name and actually being in the system. Best part is when customers type cancel for their appt they get opted out of the system.
