Our Sanitary Standards

We uphold the highest sanitary standards to ensure a clean, safe service. Currently, we do not accept items requiring excessive deep cleaning or those deemed unsanitary, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Unacceptable items include but are not limited to excessive pet hair, urine, blood, feces, bed bugs, insects, and biohazard materials.

A minimum order charge will apply for sanitary standards violations, and your laundry may be returned to you without any cleaning services performed.
