Dumyah started as a good service provider but lately it became like a scam company. They have the worst customer service you might deal with (they either answer inquiries rudely or neglect them no matter how many times you try to contact them) they also announce fake discount offers and after you buy a discounted product they either cancel your purchase order or they claim that the product is no longer available at the discounted price. I'm not talking about a single incident here. Shame!

over all tge app is good and easy to work with but when faced with a problem the customer care are very slow to solve the problem or they ignore you.

The experience was below expectations. The product did not match the description, and my return request was denied on the basis that it had been opened; even though they had already contacted me, collected the item, and never returned it. I ended up paying for nothing. SCAM!
