Extremely disappointed with Dumyah. I placed an order on Thursday for a school gift for a student and repeatedly explained that it had to be delivered on Saturday. Replies were extremely slow or nonexistent, and when they did reply, I repeatedly received the same automated-sounding response: “It will be delivered today,” to the point that I had to ask if I was speaking to AI. The order was eventually sent with the wrong driver and did not reach the student when it was needed to be meaningful.

Dumyah started as a good service provider but lately it became like a scam company. They have the worst customer service you might deal with (they either answer inquiries rudely or neglect them no matter how many times you try to contact them) they also announce fake discount offers and after you buy a discounted product they either cancel your purchase order or they claim that the product is no longer available at the discounted price. I'm not talking about a single incident here. Shame!

over all tge app is good and easy to work with but when faced with a problem the customer care are very slow to solve the problem or they ignore you.
