Go To The Fucking Gym automatically detects when you arrive at and leave the gym using GPS geofencing — no buttons, no check-ins. Just go, and the app handles the rest.
Automatic session tracking
Your sessions start and end on their own. The app watches your location in the background and records the moment you walk in and out of the gym. Two consecutive GPS readings outside the fence are required to confirm an exit, so brief signal drops never cut your session short.
Routines that apply themselves
Set up your weekly workout plan once. About two hours after each session ends, the app automatically tags it with the routine scheduled for that day — so your session log always reflects what you actually trained, with zero manual input.
Color-coded routine planner
Define multiple routines, each with its own color, weekday assignments, and exercise list. Strength and cardio exercises are both supported. If you don't have a plan yet, the onboarding wizard generates a balanced program for 1–7 days per week.
Full session log
Every session is recorded with duration, exercises, sets, reps, and weights. Edit any session after the fact, add notes, and log whether you showered there (priorities).
Weight tracking
Log your body weight over time and visualize progress on a timeline. Syncs with Android Health Connect — existing entries are imported automatically on first connect.
Weekly goal
Set a target number of sessions per week. The app tracks your progress and notifies you when you hit it.
Stats at a glance
Your home screen shows your current streak, all-time session count, latest weight, and a recent sessions chart — all updated automatically after every session.
Auto Backup
Session history, routines, weights, and settings are backed up to your Google account and restored automatically on reinstall.
