I like the learning. But find it frustrating when the awarded points get changed. For example, last week for me to complete a basic lesson on the hard level, i was awarded around 40 points . This week this was halved and i am still trying to compete with others that may not have had this experience. The award point structure should be the same across all the different platforms and versions.

This is a good app for the start of learning a language. My biggest frustration is that after a certain point, there are so many "restore this lesson" levels every day, it feels impossible to advance. I have a fairly high level of OCD, so it is hard for me to see a level that "needs to be fixed" and to just ignore it. I also only have time for 1-2 lessons a day. So having to fix at least 2 levels a day means I haven't done any new lessons in months.

I used to love Duolingo and I even got the subscription, but I am very disappointed and upset about the new update. It changed so many features that I liked. For example now you can only do the lessons that they tell you to do instead of being able to skip around. Also, you can't redo any of the lessons or stories that you did, plus now the stories are built into the path with the lessons. I think that Duolingo was great the way that it was, but this huge change is making me rethink that.
