Almost impossible to get some questions answered unless you are in some group program, evidently. Otherwise easy and affordable for someone trying to learn on their own. We could never find phone number or chat program to answer questions or give help. The point system used has no incentive or logic to it, which is very frustrating. The program doesn't seem to be designed for someone to use it on a one to one basis, but otherwise the content is very good, and the software is great.

Fun interactive app that approaches learning a language in a convenient and easy way. Far easier to pick up a language than in a classroom setting. Emphasizes repetition, real world phrases, and relatable conversations as opposed to traditional learning. Also, I like that it has you translate in a variety of ways. Into the language you're learning, from the language you're learning, and comprehension of the language.

The Good: Consistent practice. Accurate. Mostly useful vocabulary, although not enough. Free. Fun, kind of. The Less Good: In German, too much concentration on fine, somewhat obscure. points of grammar. Plus a rather pedantic attention to word order can be frustrating. Not enough useful vocabulary. Repeat: Not nearly enough useful vocabulary.
