This app is garbage. They will do a huge scan that you have to wait for, let you see everything that they're going to delete, then stick you with "this is the advanced version you're experiencing, if you want to continue and delete all this stuff you see selected you must pay for the special version" or whatever. SUCH A WASTE OF MY DANG TIME. UGHHHHH!!!

Love the app, I really do. However, I'm unsure how this charge of $9.99 (recently dropped to $1.99 USD) came into play. You guys already made another app called "Duplicate Photos fixer - Similar Photos" that does it for free. Now don't try screwing people over by messing the other one up but I wanted to point out how drunk someone has to be to miss that factor. Also, why does this app download systweak photos to the phone after cleaning? That part never made sense to me for cleaning software.

When I first installed Duplicate Files Fixer, it worked great! I loved it! Maybe after an update or my Google Pixel 7 Pro's update to Android 14, it started the blinking "needs permission", but there was nothing to click, just a gray background. I was unable to close the app. I had to use App Settings, & force it to stop. While there, I opened Permissions, everything was allowed, except phone, so I allowed that. I uninstalled & reinstalled it, no change. The YouTube fix doesn't fix doesn't work.
