I have almost 1,000 pics on my phone with over half of them duplicates 2-3 times, same name, size, and date, yet the app only finds a dozen or so. I've run the app more than once; same results. It's not much better on the PC version either. Same issue with music files too.

Once the scan was complete the app informed me that I had to give permission from the root since I had Lollipop. It supposedly showed me how to do that, but the pictures and font were so tiny it was completely useless, given that the directions were non-expandable. This was once a great app, but sadly I can no longer use it. *** They sent a link to a YouTube video that showed me what to do, worked without a hiccup

Really terrible experience with this app. Every single time that I run a scan and receive the results, before I can even react to the results, it goes back to the opening screen, as if I didn't just run the scan. I've tried it for three (3) days. I have run it numerous times. Sadly, Duplicate File Fixer is just another impotent application.
