Ratings and reviews

This app no longer works on my Android, which isn't an old phone. I see others saying the app only works on Iphones, which is shameful if true. Either way, it's unacceptable to update the app to no longer work on my still recent device and give me no legacy options. Edit: thankfully I used my browser and logged in on dutch point's website and it had the exact same functionality as the app. It's still bad that it doesn't tell you this, but at least this is a workaround for anyone wondering.

This is a very horrible because I've been with this bank for a long time and everybody don't have iPhones so I see that you upgraded your app and now it's telling me that my phone is no longer compatible with your new app so there's no way that I can get online on this bank because my phone is not compatible what kind of mess is that when you guys create these apps it needs to be for Androids as well as iPhones. And this is not right you need to fix this

I love the app and how user friendly it is. I do have a question and hopefully someone will see this. I couldn't find where to report a lost debit card and how to reorder one. Can this be added? This feature would be great and will save a phone call.
