I've used this app/website for years and have earned lots of rewards. There are particular surveys that end with error messages so I avoid them, but if you contact their customer service regarding issues like that, they can manually add the points to your account. Some surveys also don't work well with my phone screen and the submit button is unreachable, so I just exit and start a new survey. This has been a very reliable service for years.

I like that it's relatively easy to accrue the e-rewards cash to get what you want. There are only 1 thing keeping me from giving this app a full 5 star rating: I wish there was more variety on the rewards. I have no use for flight or hotel points. Yes, there are some good choices for a lot of people: magazines, gift cards, restaurant coupon, etc.. But where are the Best Buy, Longhorn Steakhouse, WalMart and Amazon gift cards as advertised? Just don't get rid of the GameStop and Sally's cards.

If I didn't know better, I'd suspect this app of being a scam. You're only able to use certain "rewards" once. For ex, only able to get an Amazon gift card once. I don't want magazines or random restuarant cards. Also, I was presented with an opportunity to do a 4 day journal entry study for beverages for $40. Wasted time doing 3 days, never received the 4th, so no compensation for my time. I've come to an end of a survey, only to have an error occur so no compensation & no way to report.
