It's extremely frustrating to spend 20 minutes on a survey and get 99% of the way through it only to be kicked out of it because "You're a better fit elsewhere" and not getting the points for it. That said, when you are able to accrue the points, I find the rewards are pretty decent. Be warned: they can and will permanently suspend your account without warning or explanation. I've just lost over 100 points after this happened to me. No explanation was given as to why, and no recourse.

I've used this app/website for years and have earned lots of rewards. There are particular surveys that end with error messages so I avoid them, but if you contact their customer service regarding issues like that, they can manually add the points to your account. Some surveys also don't work well with my phone screen and the submit button is unreachable, so I just exit and start a new survey. This has been a very reliable service for years.

I've been doing surveys for over 10 years & was actually able to supplement my income with the gift cards but since they "improved" the site I'm lucky if I get 2 gift cards a month. They went from paying 25 cents a survey if you didn't qualify to 20 cents & I have done 10 in a row & gotten nothing for all the time I wasted. And if I had $1 for every "error loading page" message I'd be rich. Also, it would be nice if they added some new stores to get gift cards like Lowe's, Michaels or Amazon.
