I was so excited to get my gem! the is terrible! the connectivity and upload of logs has NEVER worked, always times out. I am constantly logging out, uninstalling the app and redoing it. so I never get to see what is true time happening, as it is so unstable. very frustrating. battery isnt great, I do turn the blue tooth off to help the battery life, but then the upload and connectivity issues happen!!

App stalls, goes hours or days without taking measurements, despite me checking Bluetooth, logging out & in, resetting the GEM, etc. I've reached out to Support repeatedly.

App is Very Glitchy! It won't open at times, hasn't updated since yesterday at 855 am, and won't let me access any correct options. Hopefully an update will happen very soon so I can actually use my Gem that I paid lots of money for.
