It's just plain awful! The collectors are great, and I never had an issue with them, but their support side is a joke. I wasted 2 hours attempting to schedule an extra pickup just to give up in the end. No option on their website or app, and they were unable to help through chat and told me to call just to be looped around in a circle. It's like you're being punished for requesting services!

It takes far too long to speak with customer service. When you do get customer service reps, they normally never actually help. They seem to "forget" to set end dates on services, which are icur fees. After speaking with reps a number of times, I still can't see/access the services for my property through the app or online. My bills are processed, but then come back as "Not paid," and I have to process them again. All in all, this is a literal nightmare, hoping for a replacent company soon.

the app works fine however I can't stand this company much longer. they raise the price of pick up about every 3 months and its already the most expensive company around. I just paid them a $70 reinstate free when my service was never interrupted and when I called to talk to someone about it they literally told me there's nothing they can do about it. I'm more than frustrated with their customer service
