Ratings and reviews

This game literally pulls in billions of dollars but it takes them an eternity to fix an issue. Last several weeks, if you fail a battle, across multiple game modes, you get an error code making you restart. Surprise! On some Android devices, if you restart, you get an error code and have to reinstall the app. Game is getting grindy as hell. You can easily spend a couple hours or more a day depending on how serious of a player you are.

Game is OK, a decent time waster. Packs can be too expensive, you could easily spend hundreds of dollars and not get much progress. Probably could spend a lot more and still need more money. Extremely slow progress. EA help does not help. I've reported multiple events that should give rewards after completing the first time but don't. EA help had me constantly repeating myself, ignore what I was saying, and asking/ignoring photos provided.

Ran into a glitch of unending loading in the main area, I tried restarting the game, letting it load, and restarting my phone, it only went away once I un-installed, however, I have found no success in recovering my account (named Neravar and made less than 1 month ago) after attempting for more than 40 minutes. The game has it's issues but the most infuriating is that there no way to deal with glitches consistently and your always at risk of loosing everything it seems
