A useless app as well as Taxi service. Service is very poor. The company seems to have no control over the drivers. After accepting the trip with the company the drivers create all sorts of problems to the passengers and even refuse the completion of the trip. There is always a risk of your trip getting cancelled either totally or partially. RED means DANGER. Use this service at your risk.

You can check prices in real time, but the fare is expensive compared to other cab services in Chennai. Kilometer-based billing is not properly followed. If the estimate is for 10 km and the actual distance is only 9 km due to a shorter route, the fare is still charged for 10 km. However, if the estimated distance increases, the price is immediately increased. Google Maps routes are not always accurate. Overall, this pricing feels unfair to customers.

While the app functioned in December, it told me today (Jan 18th at 9 pm) that the schedule booking slot for the next day (Jan 19th at 5 am) was closed. This was on Android. But my wife was able to schedule a ride on her IPhone for the same time and location. This caused me a great deal of tension as I had an early morning train. I am not sure if I can trust the app for critical needs like travel again!
