I made 11$ quickly on here, I had high hopes since I've seen multiple people post screenshots showing they were able to move their rewards balance over to the spend card you get on the app. But for some reason every time I have tried to move the 11$ to my spend card from the rewards balance, it says "We can't move the funds over, try again." I've been trying to two days and it keeps saying that when I try. I've tried to get a hold of support this whole time as well but no one has answered me yet

After a lot of back and forth and waiting I finally heard back from a support member that fixed all of the pay out issues I was having. He was super helpful, apologized for all the trouble and even credited an additional $20 reward to my account, which I never would have expected but was greatful for. It's a decent app to make a little extra money.

Although I did earn some money from the tasks and connections, I wouldn't recommend the app to others. It's incredibly glitchy, keeps freezing, keeps giving error messages and goes back and forth with connecting accounts sometimes. I asked support if there's someone I could talk to on the phone, as I hate back and forth messaging, but they refused. They also haven't solved any of my issues via the online chat, which is basically a waste of time.
