Ratings and reviews

So after I got the response to this review I did email but got no response. obviously that was said to make them look better. the problem was not resolved. Actually I was told that within 24 hours the missing credit would be in my account by in app support. It wasn't. Instead they told me the amount that was listed on the mission was a glitch, and they weren't going to pay it. But I have screenshots of the advertised payment and the support message assuring me that amount would be paid.

I made 11$ quickly on here, I had high hopes since I've seen multiple people post screenshots showing they were able to move their rewards balance over to the spend card you get on the app. But for some reason every time I have tried to move the 11$ to my spend card from the rewards balance, it says "We can't move the funds over, try again." I've been trying to two days and it keeps saying that when I try. I've tried to get a hold of support this whole time as well but no one has answered me yet

I needed to edit this as I was not having a good day when i first reviewed this. the customer service is existing and actually extremely helpful and prompt with their responses. all around an excellent app and easy source of extra income.
