This is the worst online banking app that I have ever used in my life. My account got locked instantly after I entered the security question correctly for fund transfer. The app is slow and has white screen at each step on anything that I do. Transferring funds is a pain. I have tried for a week already and it has been failing all the time! I am seriously thinking of closing this account to save me from all the hassle.

I inputted the wrong otp repeatedly and got my online account blocked. The app said to use the self-service facility and reset my password, the said facility is always shows 'unavailable' and to try again later after the 2. Validate username. It's been more than 2 weeks, and it's still the same prompt. I can't connect to the hotline and no email support.

Cannot link my credit card. If I go to the self service facility and click "link a credit card", it will only give the option to link a debit card which will require you to enter a pin. Now, if I select "link a current or savings account", it gives me the option to validate credit card but once you add your card no. and expiry, it does nothing after you click the "confirm" button. The option to link credit card is also not available in the new app. Super frustrating.
