Ratings and reviews

Simply doesn't work. Absolutely none of the "features" of the app seem to work at all. Account sign up? Button doesn't do anything. "Speedy" check in? Just "an unexpected error occurred". Also appears to be a long running issue. Not sure what the point is of marketing an app that clearly hasn't worked in years.

Useless. Went to sign in and said my password was incorrect, so i checked by clicking the eye and it wasn't. Reset it and tried again, and said it was incorrect. Clicked the eye to confirm. Tried website and it worked fine. App was up to date as was phone

Unable to manage booking at all. Offer free cancellation but then mysteriously the booking can't be managed on the app or on the website due to errors. No way to speak to anyone on the phone, no response to helpdesk case. Just a booking with"free cancellation" that they make impossible to cancel. Scam company.
