First time ordering from the app.. waiting for almost 2 hours. Order status was changed to delivered eventhough order was not received..

Customer service is so bad, it takes forever to resolve the problem regarding my order that i've never got. Custoemr sercice lacks reassurance for my situation, 2 replies in an hour is horrendous.

Nonsense, I installed the app for the first time, and they offered me 50% discount on the first order but a maximum of 15 AED discount. Lol. They think customers are idiot. Uninstalling the app for this trapping behaviour.
