App doesn't automatically locate your location, you can't call the driver, the ready and delivery times change all the time and it requires you to add a debit card each and every time instead of being able to save your details. Update orders never get delivered or out right cancelled. Snoonu don't seem able to deliver the service they are paid for Update 29.05.2023: no changes after multiple promises and phone calls, there is no changes at all. If anything it has gotten worse .

Customer support sucks. They leave you no choice but to rate the app 1 star. The queue is very slow, the food will be delivered first before you can reach out to them with your issues. They reply with their scripts and not even related to your concerns. They said they reached out to the merchant to call you but nothing ever really happened. Plus they can't really help you if food will be directly delivered by the restaurant! In short, you're helpless. Never with snoonu again.

Unprofessional delivery app. They claim the order was delivered on the app when in reality it wasn't. Customer service was very slow and offered no solution. This happened several times already!
