App doesn't work on Pixel 7a. I have recently changed to this phone and upon logging with fingerprint you get a swirl as if it's going to the panels screen but it just brings me back to the logging page. I have tried clearing cache, app data, deleting and then reinstalling but that has not worked. Please help! Worked perfectly on old phone which was a Xiaomi A1. UPDATE: thank you for your response, it working fine but had to set up new account, it's wasn't cache as you can see from first comment

excellent product. would like to see a longer event history though. I am an installer of this product and overall is an easy product to use. the Cloud does appear to drop off on occasions but then 'reconnects by itself. the WiFi dongle tends to have problems randomly dropping offline. But hardwired has no problems. the Hybrid ion range control panel is one of the best I have used. (35 years in security industry). and would recommend this product. technical support is pretty good too.

It worked perfectly on my S8. Then I changed to S10... Initially it wouldn't let me use a quick access code (and therefore fingerprint), until I reinstalled the app and re-paired to alarm. I had emailed support but got no response, so had to learn this myself. Bigger problem... Notifications no longer work unless I log in to the app, I get none despite checking all settings. Still work on my wife's iPhone. I see others are having this problem on changing phone too.

Thank you for your comments, we have tested this on a Galaxy S10+ and all notifications are working correctly.
If you access the "Panels" screen from the side menu and the select the "three dots" menu then you should see your notification options.
