About this app

EBMS CDH is developed for Employee Benefit Management Services, Inc. The app provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts.

EBMS CDH provides the following functionality:

• Benefit Health Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• Ability to fund HSA account from checking/savings account
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as the online portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Fund HSA account from registered external bank accounts
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Ratings and reviews

Has been easy to use and navigate for 2 years. In the last month the app started crashing. I am able to open the app, use my fingerprint to sign in, a glimpse of my dashboard appears then the app self closes. There needs to be bug fixes for sure.

The app is really buggy. Sometimes I need to uninstall and reinstall for no reason. I also don't understand why it needs my location in order to do anything. I understand some functions require location access, but the FSA reimbursement functions should not require location data because it is not relevant.
