EVENT AND SMOKE ALARM DETECTION

MobileWatcher2™ frees you up from the boring task of monitoring a video stream, listen to sound of smoke alarm and waiting for something to happen. ​App takes a picture, and records video when it detects an event, and records audio when it detects a smoke alarm alert or sound. It sends you text message and emails the picture and audio. The Main web page displays the picture of the event, the 3 min. video clip and smoke alarm or sound.

VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING

Record continuously. The files recorded in "Recording" mode are 8 min. long, so when analyzing recordings, You can easily find the clip or group of clips just looking on files' names. For example:
"mototest12092021_215243.mp4" started recording on 12/9/2021 21:52:43. the video marked with date, time, time-zone and phone name.

FILE DOWNLOAD

Download recorded file from the files page, the last recorded file is on top of the list. Just select the file and start download.
The file name consists of Location Date, Time and extension in the form of "PhoneNameMMDDYYYY_HHMMSS.ext". Where ext. are: mp4 for video, jpg for picture, wav for audio. ​The picture file and video file recorded in Detection mode have the same Date and Time in the file name.

SECURE WEB ACCESS FROM ANYWHERE FROM ANY DEVICE

The control of cameras is implemented utilizing app's secure Web server and secure address resolution proxy, so you can use any Web browser to view video, check the event picture, play the audio of recorded alert and control the application from anywhere. You can share connections with friends or relatives and let them see what you see ​simultaneously. It is personal Internet of Things (IoT) solution. MobileWatcher2™ provides secure connection on local network as well.

WI-FI OR GLOBAL MOBILE NETWORK CONNECTIVITY

Connect to MobileWatcher2™ over Wi-Fi or Global Mobile Network or local secure access over Wi-Fi only.

ZOOM

Zoom in or zoom out to have a better view of the place you monitor.

EXPOSURE

Change Exposure to adopt cameras to the light condition.

FLASHLIGHT

Improve low light condition for video recording and detection.
Auto mode turns light on automatically in low light conditions.

SETUP

To setup a MobileWatcher2™ you need a working smart phone unused or not with Android version 7.1 and up, working Wi-Fi or Mobile network, pay for, download and install the MobileWatcher2™ app from the Google Play.

Go to Menu->Help->Installation.
