could you guys fix the most annoying issue sometimes when I buy the prepaid and my money goes but unfortunately the credit fails to come they don't refund the money on time and also add a new feature where whenever the money doesn't come we can report it so that you can refund it on time . That's why I gave you two stars if you fix the problem you'll get five stars

Very easy to purchase the credit but very difficult transferring it onto the card. It's not about the connection because it connects on the first attempt when paying for it but nearly impossible to transfer onto the card. WHY!!!???? Feedback is "We couldn't transfer power to your card" "operation failed!". You guys should fix it. It's suppose to be a convenient means but it's far from that.

Not thoroughly tested! I tried to use the app to request new service. I had to go through 4 pages of entering information and on the very last page I was supposed to upload "legal documents". There is no explanation of what documents are required and you can't proceed without uploading these mysterious documents. On top of that, you can't save the information you've already entered on the 4 pages! very poorly written and definitely not tested.
