Very easy to purchase the credit but very difficult transferring it onto the card. It's not about the connection because it connects on the first attempt when paying for it but nearly impossible to transfer onto the card. WHY!!!???? Feedback is "We couldn't transfer power to your card" "operation failed!". You guys should fix it. It's suppose to be a convenient means but it's far from that.

Not thoroughly tested! I tried to use the app to request new service. I had to go through 4 pages of entering information and on the very last page I was supposed to upload "legal documents". There is no explanation of what documents are required and you can't proceed without uploading these mysterious documents. On top of that, you can't save the information you've already entered on the 4 pages! very poorly written and definitely not tested.

I have made 4 payments, and it still hasn't reflected; I haven't received any token either in the app notification panel. I have sent mails reporting the issue, yet it's been a wild goose chase. This is horrible Ecg! The app has been helpful, but these mistakes, on your side, are unacceptable if you are serving the public. Your system should never be compromised..
