Taking forward its continuous efforts of building an active democratic citizenry in the country, the Election Commission of India has undertaken a new initiative by designing a Mobile Application for developing a culture of avid electoral engagement and making informed and ethical ballot decisions among citizens of the country. The app aims to provide a single point of service and information delivery to voters across the country. The app provides the following facilities to Indian voters:

A. Electoral Search (#GoVerify your name in the electoral roll)
B. Submission of online forms for New Voter Registration, Shifting to a
different constituency, Overseas Voters, Deletion or Objection in the electoral
roll, Correction of entries & Transposition within the Assembly.
C. Register Complaints related to Electoral Services and track its disposal
status
D. FAQ on Voter, Elections, EVM, & Results
E. Service & Resources for Voters & Electoral Officers
F: Find the Election Schedule in your area
G: Find all the candidates, their profile, Income Statement, assets, criminal
cases
H: Find the Polling Officials and call them: BLO, ERO, DEO, and CEO

Tried to register myself as a new voter through form 6, wasted 1 hour but to no avail. Even with a stable connection, there seems to be some problem in verifying the documents I upload. When the photograph is accepted, the document for birthdate doesn't get verified, then there are instances where even the same photograph which was verified before doesn't get verified when I try another time (because my birthdate verification document didn't get uploaded). So sad to see this in a government app.

I’ve been facing this issue for a long time on the Voter Helpline App. Every time I try to log in, it shows “Server Error, Please Re-try Later”, even though my internet and phone are working perfectly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible 🙏 This is an important app for citizens, but due to this error, many people can’t access their voter details properly. Hoping for a quick update from the Election Commission team! 🇮🇳✨

One of the worst government applications. No mobile UI syncing done and every time to fill something in the popup window, neither auto rotate works nor it is auto adjusted in the screen. I don't understand why such corruption happened for basic services in India. And the interesting part is when you talk to BLO they will always suggest downloading the app for any simple work.
