Went through the pricing process, which included the same questions the kiosk always asks when anslyzing my device, and was given a price and a drop off code. I figured since the app asked all the same questions the kiosk asks, I would be able to put in the drop off code and skip the device analysis. However, not only did the kiosk do the device analysis again, it told me it couldn't even take my phone, where the app had quoted me a price! It was only $6, no biggie, but such a waste of time!

I love the fact that this app let's me check what I could potentially be paid for just about any phone brand that I own and want to recycle! So, let's say I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 that I'm not using because the screen's broken or just doesn't work anymore. Ask I'd do is open the app and on the bottom of the page, I'd click price another device and fill in some details about the phone (gb size, flaws, company,etc.,) and them you find the nearest location and drop it off. That easy!!

Permanently banned because I sold them a 'blocked' phone... while I don't owe on any phone, i have sold hundreds of phones with ecoatm, none of them were unpaid, perhaps locked, I've never heard of a blocked phone and I am upset there's no redemption plan for a loyal customer - my ID is simply banned for life because of one phone I wasn't given any details about. Damn.
