The app didn't work at all in fact after giving your details you still have to go to the branch because you never receive an account number. Was finally able to get my account when I went to the branch. Good bank though just better off when you set it up in the branch.

Great App. BUT, the developers need to look into why it isn't possible to delete an improperly saved Beneficiary! When a beneficiary is saved with improper details, and marked as "No records found", there's no option to edit or delete it! Apart from thar, youve done a very good job.

The worst and slowest app I've ever used in my entire life. How can a big bank like eco bank not improve on their apps. It's really very frustrating. At least they tried in that my SME app, but also need to improve too on that (like no transaction narration especially for corporate accounts purposes). Please try and look into that. Thanks
