This is frustrating, I cannot access my account anymore. I kept getting the advertisement slide anytime I click on the app to check my account, I have done everything it asked me to do, but it kept go over and over. Installed and installed, still nothing is changing. I have pending transactions to complete.

All other banking apps that I know, the app will only open for transaction with a "Pass Word". After which your "Pin" to finalize your transaction. With this app, anybody who happen to get his hands on your phone, the app will open to the extent of seeing one's total account balance without the stress of "Password". For me, this is not good. It will be better if necessary steps can be made to effect this change.

Started using this app a while ago and had no major issues until this year, so much happened: - rapid transfer to CI gone wrong in April. Had to wait 2 months before I got my money back. The call center reps weren't helpful at all. My Weija branch (Moses) resolved the issue in 2 days. - so many "something went wrong" messages after much waiting. Right now I've been uninstalling and reinstalling like crazy but it doesn't work as well. What the point of having an app? It's so frustrating!!
