It's infuriating using this app! After switching devices, the setup becomes completely useless, stuck on 'check your internet connection.' And for a PIN reset, you require customers to be physically present, even when you're not readily available in all regional capitals? While your competitors are simplifying things with technology every day, you're still stuck in the past with unnecessary excesses. Mtcheeewwwww

I think the bank needs to go back to the drawing board with the app developers. It's so frustrating that when you get a new phone, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, you need to go to the bank and spend a minimum of an hour just to set up. Ecobank, please up your game. Technology has advanced, and there are features you can put in place to protect your customers when signing up on the app instead of asking us to go to a bank branch.

This app is very frustrating and forget about trying to get help setting it up online. You really are not delivering what you promised with this app especially for those outside Africa. The app should work on any phone and any phone number around the world as long as the person as an active account with Ecobank. Please have a professional fix it. It is really worth it if you want to keep some customers.
