I normally avoid writing reviews but unfortunately, on this occasion I just have to! I don't reside in my home country and the app is my only means of transacting. Anytime I top up, funds do not reflect on my balance despite receiving in-app notifications confirming my top up was successful so I'm left unable to transact when I urgently need to. This is a recurring issue and it's deeply disappointing. It's 2025 Ecobank, digital banking has significantly evolved, catch up!

Useless so far. Can't get past the username & password page to activate it. It says, "no record with details provided" or "sorry could not process..." even though I can log into internet banking with the very same details. Now March 2024,a year later: still useless. All I get is "check your internet connection and try again." But I can log in on my computer, so the app is the problem.

This app is very frustrating and forget about trying to get help setting it up online. You really are not delivering what you promised with this app especially for those outside Africa. The app should work on any phone and any phone number around the world as long as the person as an active account with Ecobank. Please have a professional fix it. It is really worth it if you want to keep some customers.
