This is frustrating, I cannot access my account anymore. I kept getting the advertisement slide anytime I click on the app to check my account, I have done everything it asked me to do, but it kept go over and over. Installed and installed, still nothing is changing. I have pending transactions to complete.

Probably the most useless app I've ever downloaded. I'm so frustrated! It just can't process anything. For about two months I opened an account at Ecobank, I've tried a thousand times to sign up on the app so I use the app to check balance and perform transactions as it's supposedly designed to do but to no avail. Last Friday, I went to the bank to enquire about it. The personel there herself tried several times, yet nothing! It's just trash! 0 rating.

I'm not able to activate my account on the mobile app after opening an account. And it is even telling me to choose a country after I've done it, and did not go further in the activation. I tried it several times at first untill it told me that I've used d maximum number of cards even though it was just one card I've been trying... On each cases, it got to a stage where it told me to create a six digit pin so when I tried to create it, it brought an error message to d screen that I can't recall.
