I have security concerns with this app. Why am I seeing my dashboard even without logging in? Ecobank, there should be a user authentication before the dashboard is displayed. Also, you can use this app on multiple devices without it detecting that. The app should take care of this. Either allow one device at a time or have an option to make a secondary device. Every other feature works fine for me, but if the app is not secure enough, of what use are the other features? Please fix this!

This app is not good at all. I deposited money into my account to register for a credit card but it has failed multiple times and I have even uninstalled it and installed it multiple times but still the same issue. So I was fed up and I decided to withdraw my money but this app told me that it cannot be processed. As for me if there were a negative star, I would have given this app a negative 2

If I could rate it a Zero I would have rated it a zero. You can deposit but can't withdraw anything from the account. They put a restriction on my account without giving me any reason for it, and I only created the account last night. I put money in it in order to make a virtual card, which was refused multiple times, I reached out to their agents and got told I have a restriction on my NEW account?? For what reason they couldn't give me any reason, yet my money is still stuck in the account.
