The app is discouraging to use, and l avoid using it as much as possible due to these bugs. l have to login every single time with Username and password. l set up logging in with my fingerprint but it stopped working after 2 successful uses, and that option doesn't work for me anymore. Also, many times it logs me out after less than 10 seconds or as soon as l login saying "your session has expired" If these issues are resolved, it's a great package of an app and easily gets 4-4.5 stars.

i registered for online banking using my account and I'm trying to login but it's telling me invalid username or password, i clicked forgot password (not that I forgot my password) but then it showed invalid credentials and then I went to register again thinking maybe it wasn't registered then they showed account already exist all ecobank app in my experience as far as I have "tried to login/create account" are just very useless, i wonder why they have so many but doesn't work

Very poor banking app. Sending money through this app demands a lot of authorizations but with lesser login expiration time. How do you expect clients to utilize your services on this app with such a limited time. Look at how long it takes for your OTP to come to us, yet you have given a small time for transacting on the app.
