Very poor banking app. Sending money through this app demands a lot of authorizations but with lesser login expiration time. How do you expect clients to utilize your services on this app with such a limited time. Look at how long it takes for your OTP to come to us, yet you have given a small time for transacting on the app.

A whole Ecobank? your app is such a mess. There is a request for narration for mobile money transfer transactions, but it is rather useless -narrations are not shown in the bank statement. I need the narration for record keeping purposes but you disappointed me. Fidelity, GCB app and the rest allows narration to reflect. I think I would be moving on to the others

One of the worst banking app ever. I just can't understand why a pan Africa bank will do such a creepy work in 2025. So annoying and frustrating. Takes long time to open. Not easy to navigate Can't print eReceipt of transaction. Such a mess
