Loved the app when I first used it. Now, I system reset my phone and downloaded the app again only to realise I cannot log into the app. First, it's the OTP boxes, not responsive at all. After the OTP hustle, I'm told I cannot login because I'm logged in on another device which is this same device I'm using. It's frustrating...

Econet, I thank you for this wonderful masterpiece. Finally, it feels like I'm living in the 21st century. Very good app, very fast transactions. I haven't encountered any ads yet whatsoever, but I'm not quick to jump to conclusions. So far, the experience is legit and wonderful. Everything in one app. No more stressful codes and what not. Just a simple tap, amd it's all done

We love advancement but problems with set up are part of why people end up resisting change. been trying to log into the new app to no avail. OTP does come but you can't type it in. Just unresponsive OTP boxes. Only the resend OTP option is active. Such a huge setback!
