Ratings and reviews

VERY Limited. Lets me see my schedule, trip history, account balance. Arrival time estimates are unreliable. No capability at all to manage my schedule, pay online, or even message the office--you HAVE to call. Better than nothing, but needs a LOT of improvement!

App keeps stopping and closing. Has for the last week. Can not access any function, or even view the map.

The app worked fine for 2 weeks now all of a sudden I open it and it immediately closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesnt work at all.
