Ratings and reviews

The app should not require a call to set it up. An added call defeats the purpose of the app, especially, when one calls and there is no menu option on the voice recorded greeting to address setting up app. Once call is made, there is no answer regardless of which option you choose.

I am trying to sign up and it says on there to call customer service in order to set up an account. I did and not one person there knew how to help me create an account.

Plancat button doesn't work, transit app useless to assist. #12 bus no longer running but signs and station up bought tickets that I can't use.
