Ratings and reviews

I am trying to sign up and it says on there to call customer service in order to set up an account. I did and not one person there knew how to help me create an account.

Plancat button doesn't work, transit app useless to assist. #12 bus no longer running but signs and station up bought tickets that I can't use.

App keeps crashing when going to map view!
