It stopped working and would stick on loading screen. I'm on a reinstall, will update, but this stuff should NOT be needed on a well prepared app Reinstall didn't work, it's stuck at "Loading events data" So far I've uninstalled, cleared/cleaned cache, reinstalled and nothing works!

Won't load. Have tried uninstalling. No updates available. Just stuck at loading screen. This is awful. Some people have appointments through this app & medications they literally can't go without & are unable to have an in person appointment during this pandemic. Should not happen this frequently that so many have complained of same thing. bare minimum You could do is provide a working app, doesn't even need to be fancy. Will change rating IF it's fixed and stops happening.

first time was a good visit. sent me home with medicine. couldn't get the medicine so I went back. they treated me again but said no uti and I was like, how could I not have one. it was only a week. I got the meds but still had same symptoms after finishing it. go back in because pain was so Intense, and was ignored. didn't give referrals that I asked for and labeled me. thanks for nothing but a bill.
