About this app

eClinicalMobile® allows providers to access the system anywhere through their smart phone. The screen has been optimized for easier viewing and to load quickly on these handheld devices. Users are able to access schedules, write prescriptions, and access encounters with the peace of mind that the data is encrypted and hosted on a secure gateway.
eClinicalMobile provides user name and password as part of the log-on security function. Once logged in, icons are displayed for ease of use in choosing your function.

Functions include:
· Checking schedules
· Telephone and web messages
· e-Prescribing
· Viewing patient encounters
· Examining lab results
· Charge capture at the point of service

eClinicalWorks® understands the daily juggling act that providers deal with trying to balance their life outside of the office. eClinicalMobile allows you to be in contact with your staff and have access to the vital information that resides on your computer without having to go into the office. The product offers access to your patients’ information with a tap of the screen enabling you to provide your patients the best care possible and in a timely manner.

Ratings and reviews

Overall, this app is best used for dictation and I don't find it as useful for accessing patient information. For whatever reason, I can see the patients on the schedule but, not blocks made on the schedule. Also, there must be a coding issue in relation to Pixel phones because every time I use it for dictation, it turns the ringer of my phone from vibrate/silent to on.

With the last update, I could no longer log in. Like everyone else, cannot get past the 6 digit "quick" pass code. I saw a review that stated if you clear the cache it would allow you to get back into the app. I also had to erase all the old data. Go into the app section and go into storage. Clear everything out and start from scratch. It now works fine.

Some information does not work properly. It does not accept codes sent to email only to phone number, and will not save username and password.
