I've had mixed experiences, varying issues with the app, customer service, & deliveries missing items, being sent the wrong item repeatedly, deliveries that are late, coupons popping up right after orders which is beyond annoying, produce that is not in great shape and goes bad quickly, mishandled/melted items, etc. [I've decided to delete the app]. For like the last 2 weeks or so, it said that delivery to my address is unavailable. CS had no answers. My address is within TWO overlapping zones.

Been using it for a while now. Service is always impeccable. Only experienced one late delivery (late being 20 minutes instead of 15) after about 10 orders. Consider me a fan. Edit: Changing review to 2-stars. Everything was honky doory for a while but ive been unable to make a purchase for weeks due to a weird error thrown at checkout. It just says Error: Fraud and happens no matter what payment form I use. Contacted support 3 times only to be told the issue was escalated but it ends there.

Ordered from here many times, groceries and the odd late night alcoholic drink when I've run out. Everything is chilled and ready. This evening phoned customer service then told to email them. Fine. Emailed them asked my phone number ( was on my signature). Sent number to confirm and added screenshot of order with my email. Then was asked to show the cold symbol? No idea what this is? I shan't be ordering from them again.
