This is THE worst application that i have ever had the displeasure to interact with. The app LOVES to log you out and yet demands your sweet sweet biometrics data. Its outstanding how a simple business such this, used by so many people, could offer such a disgusting service. Do not even get me started on the ticket handling or the cloud-to-card hussle. Looking forward to the day this app is retired

11/24/24 Here to post new update, the app keeps logging out only to realize it when you're trying to pay at the supermarket line. Congratulations to the developers, this is the most poorly coded trash I've ever used. 25/10/25: almost a year after my last review and I have to say I'm extremely sorry I can't give them a negative score. App just doesn't load and requires a slow and unnecessary authentication process. Developers: find another job, this garbage app should not exist.

Even giving 1 star is also a waste. I tried 35 times to login but never succeeded. In addition to that, it shows me that "my credentials are wrong". What kind of application maintenance is this. I have never seen such an application to give the most frustrating experience ever.
