Discover the official Edenred España app, designed to easily manage all your solutions: Ticket Restaurant (for both physical and virtual cards), Edenred Movilidad, and Edenred Guardería.

First time using the app? Follow these steps once you receive your card or activation email:
1. Create your account.
2. Activate your card.
3. Link Ticket Restaurant or Edenred Movilidad to your wallet to make convenient payments from your phone.
4. Change your PIN to one you will always remember.
5. Done! Now you can check your balance, find restaurants that accept Ticket Restaurant, and discover childcare centers in our network.

Additionally, you can:
• Check information about your card.
• Temporarily block or cancel your card in case of loss or theft.
• Update your personal and contact information.
• Add new products to your account.
• Activate email notifications to stay updated on reloads and balances.
• Receive updates on news and promotions.
• Contact our team for any issues.
• Send us your improvement suggestions.

The balance does not get updated correctly. If I open the app I see an old balance. I need to close it and open it again and only then the balance gets updated. This is not how it used to be. The app used to work correctly until an update broke it. Given that the app doesn't have many more important things to do I would call this a priority bug.

This app had issue to login with cellular internet, because the robot checking system doesn't load the pictures they want you to select. It was absolutely shocking. The app is supposed to send code via email when the card number is requested or adding it in Google wallet. It just simply doesn't work, I can spend whole day not receiving any code. When finally did, the code doesn't work in the app. It is hard to believe any developer can be this bad.

Since delivery has been removed, app became useless. It shows dots of restaurants in the vicinity on the map and your balance. That's it. It does not even show, what kinds of restaurants these are. Imagine you want to eat Japanese. Where shall I go now? Do I have to use google maps and match every single dot by hand? Earlier versions were buggy and slow. Now uselessness has been added to it.
