0 stars. The app frequently kicks you out when you need it most, forcing you to re-enter login information and password the moment it's your turn to pay at the supermarket or a restaurant. And even then you might get an error message blocking you from signing back in (like I just discovered today at lunch). That's exactly the opposite of what an app is for. Totally inconvenience, frustrating and terrible. I would happily use paper tickets rather this app if I could. What a waste.

I have had a terrible experience using this app. Every time I log in, the app doesn't remember my credentials, and as a result, I always have to register my card again. The last time, I was unable to get in. Now I'm waiting for an answer from support.

I'm really surprised companies still using this app for their employee (my company included). Is the worse user experience I have ever had and still facing a lot of problems in two years that I'm using it. It crush, when I update it (mandatory) it forget the login even if I put the right username and password. If I reset the password correctly, when I go to the login, it still say I didn't put the right credential, but I did. Really the worst.
