I'm a mechanic who uses Shell oil in my vehicles. I created an account and submitted my original documents. I scanned some coupons and received some rewards... but when I tried to log in a while later, it showed that my account had been suspended/deactivated. I even submitted a service request with a screenshot. please help me

biggest load of nonsense. try redeem points its gets canceled and loose all the points. try call in for help and no one knows what going on.rather delete this app.

Before the update everything works fine, although a bit legging but still do the job. But after update...almost everytime need to relogin again, which is fine if it doesn't keep bugging. Register customer become such a awkward process for me(waiting for OTP, sometime the OTP don't even come out) Please I expect better🥲 And now, it doesn't even let me login, said my phone number not register. (I have been using this app for almost 2years)
