Dear Shell Advantage Rewards Team, I appreciate the Shell Advantage Rewards program for mechanics. However, I would like to suggest an important improvement. Currently, there is no option for independent mechanics to register online. Many mechanics cannot easily visit a dealer, and dealers may not always be able to reach every mechanic. Because of this, many eligible mechanics are unable to join the program. I kindly request that you introduce an online self-registration option for the Shell Adv

lousy app as compared to the previous version. it is not user friendly. log in took long time especially at area with low frequency line. also having problem to log in as mentioned not registered the SHARE. I don't know what is it. can't log in how to register??? shell team pls look into this app.

Before the update everything works fine, although a bit legging but still do the job. But after update...almost everytime need to relogin again, which is fine if it doesn't keep bugging. Register customer become such a awkward process for me(waiting for OTP, sometime the OTP don't even come out) Please I expect better🥲 And now, it doesn't even let me login, said my phone number not register. (I have been using this app for almost 2years)
