UPDATE: The developer responded promptly, and the issues were fixed in the latest update. Just installed the app, and the first thing that I noticed is that the EULA is in Chinese. Couldn't translate it since it opens inside the app and can't open in the browser. So, I don't know what I agreed to. When I exit a document, a pop-up shows up in Chinese even though the language is set to English. So, not everything is translated, and Chinese text appearing randomly makes it a bad user experience.

Judging from the reviews I wouldn't have expected the app to be so good. When I first started using it I noticed already that it wasn't full of ads and although some features you did have to pay for most of the free ones we're still great. I literally don't understand why this app only has a 3.7 rating because it's the best free app for mind maps that I've found on the app store. Especially for it's simplistic lay out and interface. I would definitely recommend this app!

I cancelled my membership over 6 months ago and they STILL CHARGED ME. I know that they're going to fling BS around here to try to save face. I haven't used their product since before then and tried to cancel it multiple times before that. If they had any honor at all they would refund my money and we can part amicably. They don't care about providing good customer service, they just want your money. AVOID LIKE THE CLAP!
