App is terrible. No material design, not clearly laid out information (seriously, call one of their 17 1800 #'s and try to access your account with the info they show you in the app... You can't). They took away the website access this year so you just... Can't do anything without a phone (that makes travel documents unnecessarily difficult) and they send consistently incorrect information (example: here is the invoice for an entire trip: $xxx.4 weeks later, they send a new/higher invoice.

Needs update ASAP!!! Always has problems to boot up. I can't check my schedule because it always ends in a black screen. For the amount of money one pays for the course, one would expect the app would work fine but no. This app also handles activities, so even if you paid extra for one, sometimes you can't check the date for it because you can't access the content.

Unlogical navigation. Essential things can't be done. eg: For an insurance document there is a whole page explaining what needs to be uploaded. No mention how though, Seems you have to create a ticket, and then you don't hear a thing for a month. Another document is rejected. No possibility to correct. Only mention is to open it on the PC??? And then it is verry difficult to get a reply when you contact somebody...
