subscription required!! 👎 unless im doing something wrong you have to subscribe to use what should be the basic functions of the camera, like answering a door bell call or even playing door bell videos. I paid for 6 months and my camera functions have stopped working and I dont know what number to call to get the problem fixed???

very unreliable, motion detection yet nothing on the video. even when I walk in front of the camera it only videos if I stay in the view for a long time. many times it doesn't even record.

used to work fine, now it won't record anything, i have updated and rebooted the camera, cleared the cache and still nothing. No way to contact customer service.. and now something was stolen from my porch and i couldnt see it because the camera isnt working
