it's a easy way to fix if it says "authorization failed" u just gotta uninstall n reinstall the app n make sure u turn off n on the printer:) oh n also make sure ur Bluetooth is on!! My niece loves it!!! She figured everything out on her own and she's only 9!! ❤️

I think this would be a great device for my kid, but I cannot for the life of me get the device to print. It keeps saying "Authorization failed. SN:". I've tried everything and looked online for a fix, and no luck. I was trying to send feedback on the app itself, but it will not let me there either.

the app to download must be the Hello Blink RED app, not the green one. The printer won't connect to the green app. The instructions state to download the Red app on the first page but I totally missed that minute detail.
