Our interface is simple enough that anyone can use it, so it’s perfect for both young and old. All you have to do to connect is get a code from the frame, and enter it in the app. Connect to as many frames as you want, and start sharing your special moments with those you love.

The AiMore Digital Photo Frame is ruined by its app. You can only upload 9 photos at a time unless you pay a subscription, and sorting by date doesn’t work. Despite intact EXIF data, the app won’t display photos in order. Frequent connection issues make uploads fail repeatedly, even on fast Wi-Fi. Customer support is unhelpful, blaming compatibility, but it doesn’t work on iPhone or Samsung. For $150, this frame is a frustrating, overpriced letdown.

app doesn't work. idk why it's so difficult to add more pictures. my entire family uses frameo and my parents bought the same one my dad has with frameo. I guess now it uses this app and I can't even add more than the first three pictures I added to it. I tried doing it through my Google photos app and I hit next next next great and it doesn't add anything!! This app is garbage please fix it.

After last update the frame stopped rotating the pictures. Customer service through the app only suggested doing a factory reset which would delete all my stored information. Not sure why they cannot fix the glitch and send an update. The frame is not as interesting now that the pictures do not rotate. Wish I had researched brands with less update glitches.
