Ratings and reviews

The program is nice, but the informtion to use the device is vague and not user friendly. The site has nothing helpful to help you use the program. Plan to spend lot of hours trying to figure out what all the options are for using the program. Selecting favorites, deleting files or sorting playable options can be a real problem if your not tech savvy

Frame use to work well. I'm running a n android, and when I'm in my gallery and attempt to share a photo (rather than in app), it will refuse to do so. The app will just close. It's a pain to scroll through your gallery using the app - I'd rather use my own gallery. Also, you use to be able to share multiple pictures at one time, but it's now become a pay feature. Really lame

the frame keeps resetting after around 10 pictures. no way to connect a laptop to frame to upload or edit. An update.... Frame has only reset a few more times for me. The biggest annoyance is not being able to connect with my computer. I have to transfer files to my Samsung phone, then use the app that will only download 10 pictures at a time unless you spend more money. I have drone shots, 35mm camera, and some GoPro pictures. This company should go with the modern times. It's not 2010.
