I'm happy to report that I am able to send photos to my frame again! I still wish there were more more functions and ease on using the frame. It's difficult to remove photos you no longer want. I would like to delete and not just hide a photo. The remote control function from phone is useless and does not work. For a basic digital frame it is what it is....basic. I'm just extremely happy to be able to add photos again!

Everything was working fine. I have multiple frames as gifts for Christmas. Suddenly I can't send pictures to any of the frames. They just sit in the queue. Somethings they send days later. Sometimes not. I have updated the app, signed out and in, cleared the queue, disconnected and reconnected to the frames, deleted and redownloaded the app and nothing has fixed the issues. This has been a huge hassle for people that I have the frames to and people are done dealing with frames. Such a waste.

I like the frame very much however, the remote in the app for Android is awful. It only works once after installing and then you have to delete it and reinstall it again to get it to work ONCE. Also, the top of the page for "all albums" is in Chinese while everywhere else everything is in English, as selected. It would be nice to be able to be able to search for pics. ***update *** Those Android items have been fixed!. Still can't search tho.
