Ratings and reviews

Extremely poor and unreliable service. Booked a filter replacement, but no technician showed up in the selected slot and no updates were given. Rescheduled for next day—again no visit. Shockingly, the app falsely showed that the technician had already visited and started service. Customer care had no record of any visit, and the status was later changed back to "service request booked". This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Still waiting with no clarity. Worst service experience.

I was very disappointed with the product, the water quality was not good and the service was also not good, they have only policy like once the customer buys the product and leaves them and then they will search for another bakara to buy the product. I know this review will not impact anything just I'm sharing my frustration here. I realised one thing that if we are buying any product make sure we need to see the -ve reviews first. One word: Waste of money to buy the product.

Terrible app! I booked a new water purifier to replace the old one. It clearly stated that free ìnstallation will be done. So, as the previous order, I expected the person who brings it will install it as well. But, it was just a delivery person. So, I tried contacting using all the possible options, email, WhatsApp and phone calls, not one response. And this app doesn't have an installation option. Also, the order only shows on the order list and not on the device list, so now I'm stuck!
