This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I raised a service request, even paid in advance to lock the time slot, and still the team completely failed to deliver. They casually claimed that when they arrived, my door was “locked” and then had the audacity to close the request without even attempting to contact me. I was at home the entire day waiting specifically for them. No call, no follow-up, no verification — nothing. The level of carelessness and irresponsibility.

app can be used just for slot selection. but no one will come during that slot. the most useless call centre team, I have ever experienced. they can't confirm whether the scheduled slot is active or whether the technician can come or not. they can't even give the technician no to coordinate by ourselves. even there would not be any sms or call back on receiving the feedback or pending request ansld escalation. considering to complete ignore all Eureka products, for ever and recommending to all

Don't buy Eureka Forbes branded products. After using some time they offer a new one with exchange value because Old Products are obsolete. If you are not interested in buying a new one and your machine will not work they didn't give any support and will say that products parts are not available due to products obsolete. Same issue I have been facing since over the last month. Till now they are not taking any step for repair the machine.
