Very disappointed with the after-sales service. My Aquaguard water purifier has been under warranty but has not been working for the last 7 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. Customer support has been unresponsive, and no technician has resolved the problem. A water purifier is an essential product, and such delays are unacceptable. I expected much better service from a reputed brand.

Extremely disappointing service experience with Eureka Forbes. The service was significantly delayed, and the service person’s response was very unprofessional. Even after explaining the problem clearly, the issue was not properly addressed, most frustrating is that the service person repeatedly avoided my calls and didn't provide any proper update or solution. I had to keep following up myself, which is unacceptable for a paid service. I wouldn't recommend their product based on the experience

The app is completely useless. I tried booking a service technician after taking an AMC(Customer care will call you even multiple times a day for taking AMC). When the booking finally went through, no one showed up, and there is no way to track the technician or get live support through the app. Calling customer care is just as painful. If you can't maintain a functional app, don't force customers to use it. Extremely disappointed.
