Ratings and reviews

Most third class app and service. You can't book service from this app, it'll show too many service requests from the device. Even if you can book service, no one will come to attend, and the customer care is just as worthless. They can't confirm whether anyone is available for the service or not. At this point, there's no benefit purchasing AMC from the company, better to outsource the servicing and paying the technician directly.

Dismal experience. Calling the helpline is 1000% effective. The app is completely non functional. You can schedule whatever service requests you want because they are all dummy requests. None get scheduled for days and then they assign a dummy name. Definitely not real technicians because they don't come at all. e.g., Calling the helpline got me an appointment for the next day( wrong time selected but atleast the appointment was scheduled) trying the App, the appointment never got scheduled.

App is useless.Time booking slot is inactive. Not customer friendly. I had to make lot of calls .They will come when they want. Better not to purchase aquaguard next time. Enthusiastic while renewing. Show their true colors after payment. Worst.
