Ratings and reviews

Don't expect any service booking to ever happen from this app. The app automatically books a mandatory service after 1st 6 months have completed. However, it's been over a month but still No Professional has even been assigned to the task! Based on my experience and other reviews, it doesn't look like we'll ever get the 2 Free Mandatory Services in our Warranty. Never expected a company like Eureka Forbes to have such a poor app. If you want good service better go with some other company.

Worst service. I have raised a ticket for un-installation of my purifier 10 days back and doing daily follow up on it. I have not yet received a call from any technician so far. There call centre number is chargeble and not move ahead of IVR. Connects only if you log in from there app or website. Customer service associates give false commitment and don't have any escalation process. Their leads and Manager don't come on call and don't even bother to call up even after asking for call back.

Pathetic app, app doesn't allow to update address or personal details. Customer care can't update address, the OTP never comes. Not sure who designed and tested the app, wouldn't ever recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone, careless service, these folks only concerned with service renewal and then they never show up when needed the most.
