Ratings and reviews

Most third class app and service. You can't book service from this app, it'll show too many service requests from the device. Even if you can book service, no one will come to attend, and the customer care is just as worthless. They can't confirm whether anyone is available for the service or not. At this point, there's no benefit purchasing AMC from the company, better to outsource the servicing and paying the technician directly.

Don't buy Eureka Forbes branded products. After using some time they offer a new one with exchange value because Old Products are obsolete. If you are not interested in buying a new one and your machine will not work they didn't give any support and will say that products parts are not available due to products obsolete. Same issue I have been facing since over the last month. Till now they are not taking any step for repair the machine.

Never buy any of their products and especially service packages. We're suffering because of them. We bought water purifier and 1 year AMC. Issues are coming frequently and technician comes LITERALLY after 10 days, checks the issue, says parts are not available and takes 10 days to get them. No guarantee that the parts come after 10 days. It's been 3 months, still no service done. I'm exhausted calling the support team for some resolution. No refund also. If you want to suffer,then go ahead.
