Most third class app and service. You can't book service from this app, it'll show too many service requests from the device. Even if you can book service, no one will come to attend, and the customer care is just as worthless. They can't confirm whether anyone is available for the service or not. At this point, there's no benefit purchasing AMC from the company, better to outsource the servicing and paying the technician directly.

Experienced worst service in my life from Eureka Forbes. Would never recommend anyone to buy any product from Eureka Forbes. I am booking appointment for cartridge change and refill but never got a service from the company since 2 months. No one answers the calls, the only thing we can do is book appointment as per the slot and repeat it again and again and this game goes on unlimited without getting any service from Eureka Forbes. Would have give zero star but now given 1 rating.

I have never in my life experienced this where both customer care as well as their technician is inefficient. The technician can't figure what's wrong with the purifier whereas customer care will only say 'Your issue will be taken as priority' but it's of no use (it has not even been a month since it was installed) if you are reading this comment, it's a sign for you not to buy any of this company's product
