Terrible customer service. Sim card stops working after 30 days, recharge not possible. The app is barely functional, and has many problems. Customer rep on facebook was rude. Avoid at all costs.

App does not start until phone is restarted | App cannot transfer balance from voice to data (while data balance can be loaded only by loading voice balance first then by transferring the balance to data)

So i purchased prepaid phone sim card from Inchoen Airport 'Funny moling'. Upon purchasing my plan, they explained that "90 min phone call for 4 months and 2 gb data every month just for 44,000 won'. (I ASKED 4 TIMES TO MAKE SURE) With that in mind I purchased it right away but only found out there was hidden charge every month to pay for data. They didn't give me free 2gb but it was 11,000 won for only 500mb to start. I did call the service centre but they insisted they have not told me that and didnt do anything further to help me out. No respect :(
