So i purchased prepaid phone sim card from Inchoen Airport 'Funny moling'. Upon purchasing my plan, they explained that "90 min phone call for 4 months and 2 gb data every month just for 44,000 won'. (I ASKED 4 TIMES TO MAKE SURE) With that in mind I purchased it right away but only found out there was hidden charge every month to pay for data. They didn't give me free 2gb but it was 11,000 won for only 500mb to start. I did call the service centre but they insisted they have not told me that and didnt do anything further to help me out. No respect :(
Used to work, broken now. Cannot check balance anymore and app quits at payment stage.
Needs improvement Since August 14, 2015 I haven't been able to call, text, or add data to my phone. Customer service hasn't responded on Facebook or email and I have sent messages to both places. The app itself needs improvement. It always says update needed and there isn't one in the app store. Then it responds with pop-ups in Korean even when you selected English.
Pile of shitie Everything fails. Can't top up my data every time it fails. Also the website you can't even enter your mobile, number in the input field as its unselectable on Android and PC. Might go back to olleh.
Terrible App Crashes, freezes all the time. When it doesn't, it's slow and doesn't work half the time.
App doesn't work Tap any of the options (account, recharge, etc) and you get a 500 error. Pretty much useless
