No liking it too. I also have the problem, that I get logged out a lot & have to enter email address, then magic pin. It then doesn't default to my current employer, but suggesting my previous employer. I have to confirm my time in or out with a picture, which saves to my phone. Every week, I delete 10 selfies, if not more when clock in/out for breaks. In the last couple of days, when wanting to clock in, the app offers the clock out from the previous day, but I have clocked out the day before.

In low signal areas it takes a long time to clockin or even log in, very sensitive to low signal areas, which is everywhere in the south west of Australia, I can make a phone call in these areas but not use Employment Hero, gives the old " something went wrong " error, very frustrating. Also the shortcuts on the home screen all fail if I try to use them, but if you go the long way to the section you need it works, what's the point 🤷

trying to teach myself this platform( both HR & payŕoll, not just App) under pressure has been so frustrating. Previous managers also spent many hrs but it still doesnt work well. too hard to navigate. chat bot gives incorrect instructions. too hard to get a human. not a fan. hoping to get a consultant out to fix it for us. staff can't see other staff shifts.
