No liking it too. I also have the problem, that I get logged out a lot & have to enter email address, then magic pin. It then doesn't default to my current employer, but suggesting my previous employer. I have to confirm my time in or out with a picture, which saves to my phone. Every week, I delete 10 selfies, if not more when clock in/out for breaks. In the last couple of days, when wanting to clock in, the app offers the clock out from the previous day, but I have clocked out the day before.

This is the most tedious app I have ever seen and used. How is it I am just scrolling down to see today's roster and it throws me to a different page, and whenever I try to go back to rosters it pushes me back there INSTANTLY. logging into anything should not take as long as it does. This app has restrictions for text, so information we need we can't get, because there is no room and we need to prioritize what we need to know, when everything is important. there's more, but review max limit.

Ya know, the app isn't terrible, as an employee user, unless you need to contact them, and then they make it obscenely difficult to contact them, hiding phone number (only for sales), no chat option, and useless AI going round and round. I've spent hours trying to find a way to contact when I made a perks purchase and was charged, but it doesn't appear on my orders. How tf am I supposed to get help when you refuse to give a method of contact other than useless AI. Hire some real staff!
