FAR too many pop-ups! CONSTANT unstocked favorite items, and broken promises of restock. Decent prices on some items, but most times it shows a super low price, until a specific color/style/etc is clicked, then the price conveniently goes up for the one you choose. Scam games that take more as you get closer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

The minimum shipping is becoming a problem. It keeps going up and up Everytime I've ordered. I've tried talking to the customer service and they get rid of the threshold temporarily but then it jumps back up and keeps increasing from 50$ to 60$ to 70$ and on and on. Too much hassle to keep getting it adjusted and they make it more difficult to ask for every time and keep trying to convince you to spend the minimum. Even shein's minimum doesn't do that. Wouldn't mind if it was a consistent amount

finding a lot of fun and cute stuff on your site detailed descriptions need to be more entail some items I purchased aren't as big as they appear. returning defective items, they don't want them back,! I've had two items, ' keep it and get refunded' credit back and throw it out great policy.. waiting game for packages, there should be a better window than 7-10 days to delivery. I wouldn't mind paying extra for quick shipping. food for thought.. thanks
